After more requests to create saablin image, for user who are not familiar with linux I decided to do it.
I created image of system partition /dev/sda1, with partimage software.
=> So here is what will be needed to restore image:
- sysrescue sw with partimage installed http://www.sysresccd.org/
- Hard drive 100-200gig
- intel atom mainboard (Intel D410PT or D510MO), same as in documentation, because image used pre-compiled kernel
=> Step which must be done:
- create USB boot stick based on documentation on http://www.sysresccd.org/
- connect empty hard drive to mainboard
- plug usb stick ( copy to usb stick also saablin image, 2 gig usb stick is enough )
- power on and boot form usb stick (option 5 graphics mode)
- after sysrescue will boot, go to system menu start gparted
- choose in gparted menu empty hard drive
- create three primary partition
- first partition must have 20gig "don't forget add boot flag !" ( choose reiser 3.6 filesystem during creation )
- second partition should have about 1 gig for swap (choose linux swap filesystem during creation )
- third partition will be rest, this partition will be used for audio files (same choose reiser 3.6 filesystem during creation)
- in gparted format second and third partition
- then apply all changes in gparted
- close gparted
- start partimage from system menu
- choose partition for restore should be first partition on harddrive (/dev/sda1)
- choose image from stick ( go to /livemnt/boot and you will see image on usbstick, which you copy before )
- choose in partimage menu restore image
- after restore finish close partimage
- open linux terminal and mount restored partion ( mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/backup)
- write boot loader to new hard drive ( lilo -r /mnt/backup)
- and that all
- reboot ... reboot remove stick and you should see that saablin is booting ( if saablin will not boot send me mail )
=> Last step is to copy audio files to data partition ( last partition /dev/sda3)
- my recommendation is to do it also with sysrescue boot stick, but it's up to you
- so connect second hard drive with audio files
- boot from sysrescue usb
- mount saablin data partition ( mount /dev/sda3 /mnt/backup)
- mount second drive also to mnt ( for example if audio files will be on first partition on second hard drive execute: mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/custom)
- start from system menu midnight commander
- create new dir called "music" in saablin data partition => if you follow my steps then /mnt/backup/music)
- copy audio files from /mnt/constom/.... to /mnt/backup/music ( dir music must be called exactly music)
- and you are done
=> boot again saablin , login to saablin terminal execute (killall mpd)
=> start mpd again with command "mpd"
=> execute command "mpc update" to update database for new audio files in "music" dir
=> to be sure that update was okej execute: "mpc ls" and you should see audio files
=> so that all, just connect can-usb to saablin and to i-bus
=> boot saablin pc, and if boot is okej you should hear after saablin will boot "double beep"
=> if you will have any troubles with this procedure just send me mail .... or use forum ...
Enjoy ...
