Hi All,
We had in forum good discussion so I decided to post it to front page and also in HW section in docu.
Erics made good small how-to join saablin to I-BUS, CDC line-in and power supply in trunk so I posted it below.
Howto is for sedan, but for combi is more or less same, just trunk disassemble in combi is little bit more complicated like for sedan.

I wanted to collect all the connection locations in one spot for easier reference later. These instructions are for a sedan/saloon model, but I'm sure they are very similar if you are driving a wagon model.
I-BUS and Audio: Behind matting in left side of trunk. Remove the black plastic nuts holding the matting to the side of the car. Just above the wheel-well there are two connectors. You can reveal the female sockets by sliding the red part out. The connector with two wires (green/white) is an I-BUS connector. The green is CAN+ and the white is CAN-. On the Lawicel CAN-USB connector, 2 is CAN- and 7 is CAN+. Connect with a DB9 connector or similar cable. The audio is the other connector (3x2). The pinout is as follows:
Blue/White: Left+
Red/White: Left
Brown: Right+
Black: Right-
Solid Red: +12VDC
Antenna/Amplifier Power On: This is on the opposite side of the trunk (passenger side). Pull back the matting the same way and look up in the upper right corner near the rear passenger seat. There are several bundles of wires going every which way. One will look like it is going up towards the antenna. De-construct the electrical-tape like wrapping to see the wires within. There will be two large black cables inside along with a few small cables (black, brown and green). You want the green cable. I couldn't find any connectors so I spliced a third wire that I ran under the trunk to where the others are. This does involve cutting a wire, just make sure the head unit is OFF when you do this. This will provide +12VDC to the ATX power supply to tell it when to turn on. The computer will be on ONLY when the head unit is on.
