saablin.net - SAAB audio player

Saablin is just my hobby and I am not real developer, so maybe a lot of think can be maybe done in better and cleaner way, but it works for me.

All saablin versions has one issue, when button on head unit is pressed, head unit rewrite saablin text for some mili seconds (SPA 337 messages replaced by Head Unit 328 messages). If somebody will know how to fix it, please let me know to forum or mail to info at saablin.net. I am using now some work around to block 328, but head unit text still blink after button push. Perl script is just example how to handle CAN bus communication, so feel free to update it.

First saablin version was set of shell scripts, new version is written in Perl.

Saablin scripts is free under GPL.

If you have ideas about next functions or options, let me know.
If somebody will interest about saablin without Linux skills I could prepare some image (Slackware Linux + Saablin).
